How can I modify the message to say
You have reached the maximum number of streams that can be performed in one day - buy a subscription
with a link directing the user to pay for a plan ?

Go to the Media Limit module's Language tab and edit it there.

I need it to redirect to https://www.dubmusic.com/subscribe/subscriptions and the language file is not html friendly
How do I make it redirect ?

I'm not seeing how this can be done easily - sorry.
Maybe just edit the language string with more explicit instructions.
