I find allot of duplicate profiles , a duplicate profile tool would be nice to have to delete one of them , delete the ones without photos .

So the profiles are not actually duplicated, its just that two profiles with similar names have been legitimately created, probably by the same user.
To build a tool to search and delete these would be pretty difficult. For instance -

Amilcar.Rondon-Bachur
Amilcar.Rondon-Bachur 2
Amilcar.Rondon_Bachur
Amilcar Rondon-Bachur
etc.

might all be considered the same profile, but how many more variations might there be, and how would a custom tool test for them all?

Your best bet is to list all profiles using the ACP Datastore tool and deleted them by hand there.

the tool would delete the ones without photos , the ones listed as with the profile name 2 the one with the least info

Those conditions would still need prioritising as you might get 'profile name 2' with a photo, or with more content than 'profile name'.
