Make sure (or get your hosting provider to make sure) that the Tools folder is readable and executable.

Hello,

It is possible the binary files are not in the correct directory for your server.

You'll want to contact your hosting provider and find out where binary files are supposed to be uploaded to.

Then you'll want to modify your data/config/config.php file and add the paths for each binary file.

Here are the docs for ffmpeg:
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/howto/4641/howto-use-a-different-ffmpeg-binary

Hope this helps!
