Delete it from the profile then reset the caches.

The 404 is what I want to delete . I
thought there was a tool for that
this is why we need skip over missing media function

We don't need to skip over a faulty audio item, you need to solve the problem at the source. Just delete the faulty item, or upload a good media file to it, as previously advised.
