oneall social buttons in specific quota signup

Is it possible to use the oneall social buttons when enabled the 'template' signup and login forms in the User module? I added the code in user_signup.tpl template but it is not working.

If you modified the template in the Users > Users > Templates section, make sure you have activated it and reset cache.

I'm using it on one of my sites in a modified jrUser_user_signup.tpl as well as a jrUser_user_login.tpl in my skin directory and it is working for me.
