I only get this issue with the latest Jamroom 7.1.0 beta.

So clicking the "More" option you're not seeing it there? And you have double checked that it is enabled for the profile? Since Products requires the jrPayments module, make sure jrPayments is configured correctly as well for sales - that could prevent it from showing since Products relies on payments.
