Is it possible to add an option to a specific product to allow customers to upload a file? Like for ordering a custom postcard or a t-shirt, for example.

If the form is supported by the form designer, you can add a "file" upload field.

I'm talking about when someone buys a product. For example, if I were to sell a t-shirt with a custom-imprinted image, how do I facilitate the buyer uploading said image when they purchase this?

The store doesn't have a file upload feature in the communications system.

I'll look into getting one added in to the 'communication' tab.
