solved Bug In System Core Update 6.1.6b7
I just updated system core to the new release and ran integrity check and then went on with my daily work of posting news in my aparna module and I noticed that the Tinymce text editor is now missing
I rolled back to the previous version and its working again

You need to refresh your browser - we've updated to TinyMCE 4.7.6 in this Core release - which includes a new editor for mobile - but if you see it blank like that just refresh your browser or reset your browser cache. I know a few users have seen this as well and we've tried to "bust" the cache for this release but some browsers just will NOT show the new editor until you refresh your browser or reset cache.
