Does the standard JR5 install include badges for users under different quotas/subscriptions? Similar to here on Jamroom.net? On my JR5 site, I have some users in different quotas (which will correlate to their subscription) and would like to showcase them. "Artist ELITE" for instance....

This is something you can do with a custom template - just override the module template you want to update by creating it in your active skin directory. For example, here on jamroom.net we just created:

jrForum_item_detail.tpl

and modified the image section to include a badge. JR will see that template and use it in place of the jrForum/template/item_detail.tpl file.
