solved Search Problem

I am running the latest Jamroom & Genosis on my server, however "Search" function do not return all available results.
"jr_jrsearch_fulltext" named table in the database looks okay, it contains all names.
What might be the problem?

Thanks for the documents, I have rebuild the search index as explained in the below document and it solved my problem:
