I get this [Form Validation missing - please refresh and try again] when I try to do anything that involves submitting information - even trying to set the time zone will not work.

The second issue may go hand in hand with the first. Every attempt to upload GeoLiteCity.dat results in "upload failed" even though it goes to 100%.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

This looks like session support is messed on you server - it's not able to save the form info between screen loads. Who is your hosting provider?

Thank you!

My host is LunarPages - I did a search before posting originally, so I had a feeling it could be on the hosts end. I'll submit a support ticket and see where that gets me.

Update: I included a php.ini file in the root directory to increase PHP upload size. All it contained was:

upload_max_filesize = 20M
post_max_size = 20M

Removed it and the submit error is gone and I can submit till I'm blue in the face. Unfortunately I'm back to a 2mb upload limit, so I'll have to hash that one out with LunarPages.
