Hi All I am having Serious issues uploading wav files which do not play once uploaded

I have contacted support about this but dont seem to be getting much response , My issues are better shown than typed so I have made this private video to show the errors live.

If someone could help me resolve this real quick It would be much appreciated

Hi Brian - I responded to your ticket earlier today. I'm having no trouble uploading wav files to your site that after the approximately 25 seconds that our servers take to convert them to mp3 play ok.
Tried to watch your video but its asking me to sign in!!
