Hello I have a question I have backup my site using cpanel but with your jamroom hosting can I upload my data folder to restore my site with jamroom hosting as was looking around as I would like to restore it on your server as I was wondering if there is sftp or similar that will allow me to restore my jamroom site since I have cancelled the server I did have as my site is around 20 gigs

Hi Stephen
On out Hosting Control Panel is a tool for importing Jamroom5 sites from other servers. You'll need to install a module onto the source site to establish communication between the two servers but after that, transfer happens on a single click and takes a few minutes.

The way I would do it if I had my SQL and data but my old site was not online anymore would be to use the install that is created when you fire up a new domain on Jamroom Hosting, then SFTP all the data up to the /data folder and use the mysql tool at:
ACP -> DEVELOPER -> DEVELOPER TOOLS -> TOOLS -> DATABASE ADMIN

And import your SQL.
