Audio Import tool had a pay pal pay out email address in earlier JR versions. JR 6.4.0b1 Audio Import tool has no pay pal pay out email address

I discovered the items below was paid for but O never received any payments ..

The payout email address is in the modify profile section and the field will only show if you have a payment plugin setup and have allowed the quota your profile is in to use it.

stream pay shows income but I never received any payments ?

payments were made to pay pal but pay pal has no record of the payments where did the moneys go ?

why there were any payments to the pay pal

Is this on the dubmusic.com site?
The first thing I notice is that you have both the PayPal and Payment modules active and enabled for the same quotas. This is not a good idea. The PayPal module was developed as an alternative to the then FoxyCart and now Payment modules. Having them both enabled likely confuses things.
Having said that, I'm still not sure what your issue is. With which module were the items purchased? You say that downloads are not available and then that no money collected, so if both are true, that could explain things in that the user payment failed for some reason?
Please provide details of which items were purchase, and by who, that are not available to them.

Thanks Paul, this is on the dubmusic.com site was used to make the purchase and the users said they never received any download wish verified by logging in to the user's account and did not see the item that was purchased may be because I had PayPal and Payment modules active...

I don't see anything in your payments sections about a downloadable item being purchased.

What item is being purchased?

What user is not getting their download?

What download(s) were purchased?

Anyone who purchase any download don't get them and that is no good ..

Eye La and others purchased downloads and under there accounts dose not show the purchase
