I would like to clone the exact copy of my current site www.myfirstdomain.com hosted by Jamroom into www.myseconddomain.com
Is there an up to date document that illustrate the steps that I can follow to accomplish this ?
I saw some old posts but they date many years back & may be outdated.

Add the new domain to your jamroom hosting here:
https://www.jamroom.net/sk1/hosting/server_settings/428

Then install the "Hosting Transfer" module from the marketplace:
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/networkmarket/197/hosting-transfer

and follow the docs for that module

Docs: "Hosting Transfer"
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/modules/2960/hosting-transfer

When I go the Control panel I get the error on the attached screenshot
"Delete the repair.php script from your root directory or rename it to repair.php.html!"

I'll get that fixed. When you cant access the ACP you can still run an integrity check by renaming repair.php.html to repair.php.

I forgot to rename it back. It will be fixed in 5 min.

--edit--
should be gone now.

Thanks. That error is gone now.
During the setup, after updating the DNS server entries, I am getting the message below on Jamroom Dashboard:
"Pending Email Validation
Email delivery may not work until the primary domain is validated - please allow up to 24 hours for validation"

Meanwhile, I am using the admin user to login to the secondary site but when I enter User/pwd, on the login page, nothing occurs.

You have a mailgun api key attached to your server. Do you need a separate mailgun account or would you like to use ours?

about 3 months ago mailgun changed their services and removed the free plan, up until then everyone needed to get an API key from them to send emails from jamroom hosting. After they started charging we setup a system to allow anyone on jamroom hosting to use our API key.

The simplest thing to do is get me to remove the key from your server, then delete your mail gun account.

If you would like me to remove the key, let me know.

You WILL need to re-setup any email aliases that you are using.

The ones you have setup are here:
https://www.jamroom.net/sk1/hosting/domain_aliases/428/id=1593

Otherwise check your mailgun account and see if there are any error messages there, probably they just want you to pay money. Its about $30 a month to have aliases setup through mailgun now. :(

Resolved now.
THANKS.

Note: "Hosting Transfer" module works when Site1 & Site2 are on the same server which is my case. So Jamroom support did a direct copy for me
