Check that you have uploaded the Ning archive files to the folder specified in the Global section (default is Ning_Archive).

Hell Paul,
I can't see any way of uploading my archive files. I have already checked the Jamroom documents, but didn't find the answer there. What am I missing?
Thank you.

You’ll need to use SFTP to upload them. There isn’t a module tool to do this.

No problem.
Is this a new Ning site you are importing with a recently downloaded archive? I ask because its a long time since I've done one and the last time I tried, and I think their download tool is no longer supported?

I don't think they ever even created a download/archiving tool for Ning3 sites... only the old ning2 sites had it, and yes Ning no longer supports the tool- it's very unstable if it even works at all anymore. If you can pull a newish ning archive you are lucky.

I just forget how to do it... I have the archives saved on my computer. Worked fine! Thanks.
