Approving New members process

We use the email approval process on our system but the admins who handle the approving would like to smooth the process out.

Whenever we have pending users, the admins will always use the 'Modify' button to check the details they have submitted.
At this point the admins would like 'approve' and 'decline' buttons adding to this page to save them then having to go back to the dashboard to do the 'approve' and 'decline' actions.

I experience the same thing using the admin approval process. We check the details and make any necessary adjustments and then save the information and then approve them. But even though their profile has been approved we still have to remember to go to the dashboard and activate them in the user list. It does seem a bit redundant. Are you using the flashback skin? I'm wondering if that is what causes the need for the extra step? I haven't seen many others here speak of the issue.
