On my jamroom.net profile, I tried to transfer a post from Test1 into General and got the following error:
Quote: Query Error: Duplicate entry '6-0-general' for key 'view_unique'

Then when tying to submit this new topic I got:
Invalid forum category - please try again

It kept doing this, so I emptied a category (Test2), deleted it and then tried to transfer out of Test1 again, and it worked, the posts transferred without error.

So I tried again, Made a category called Test2, created a post in it, and then tried to transfer to Test1
Quote: Query Error: Duplicate entry '6-0-test1' for key 'view_unique'

I just transferred without getting the error, the success message showed, but the topic wasn't transferred. It is still in Test2.

Quote: The topics have been successfully transferred to the new category

Weird - I can't replicate it here on our forum - I just moved a post from the Using Jamroom into the Suggestions forum and it worked. Are you going into Modify on the post and then selecting a different category from the drop down?

Thanks!

No, using the Transfer button under the categories tab to move everything in the category
/ultrajam/forum/categories

Just tried the transfer again and got this error:
Query Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE view_time = UNIX_TIMESTAMP()' at line 4

Tried a few more times, received a success message, and posts are moved around. But all counts are thrown out in both the category being transferred from, and to:

The Query error is what was causing the counts to not transfer - that should be fixed now. Let me know if you see any more issues.

Thanks!
