There is a space missing between the system name and "Private Note" in email_note_subject.tpl:
{$system_name}{jrCore_lang module="jrPrivateNote" id="31" default="Private Note"}

Yeah there should be no smarty lang strings in any email template - I've already removed those and will get the fixed one pushed out.
