Can we have a "Profile Admin" category added to the options for quota settings adjustments in the system core Quota Config?
Right now there is nothing in between regular member and Master Admin (me).
I'd like to set some unique permissions for my Profile Admin moderators, but I dont get that choice. Thanks for considering this!

Can you not just create a 'moderator' quota and set that up for what they need? Or am I missing the point?
What exactly are you trying to do?

I set my 3 moderators to be "Profile Admins" in their Account Settings- that's the only choices I got, admin wise- either master admin or Profile Admin.
But when I go to adjust their permissions, I can only get the choice of Master Admin or regular member when in the Core quota config for allowing quotas to use H1, H2, form, etc.

I want to allow the Profile admins to use H1 and H2, but not the regular members. But my Profile Admins are not "Master Admins", nor are they in the regular member quota. They are not listed in the quotas when I want to ajust this H1 H2 use permission.

Create/Clone a new quota - 'Moderator Quota' and transfer your three moderators to it.
Goto Core quota tab and select the 'Moderator Quota' the add h1,h2 to the Allowed HTML field (or remove h1,h2 from the other quotas if they are already there).

What happens to "Profile Admin"?- or is that not actually a quota?

Do my moderators keep their current Profile Admin powers if they are moved to a "moderater quota" ?

Yes - Their Profile Admin status is nothing to do with the quota they're in.
I think the fact that you have a quota named 'Master Admin Quota' is causing confusion!! Its just a name and doesn't grant Master Admin status. Master Admin will always be Master Admin whatever quota he/she is in.

Ah, ok I will create a moderator quota, thanks!

For the record, I never created a "Master Admin Quota"- it was there from the beginning. I never would have used the word 'master'...lol. :) Maybe it was added way back when, to help ning people get oriented. I'll leave it alone though.

Thanks Paul! I'll only post back here if I have trouble following through on it, meanwhile, I'll mark it resolved.

Yeah - That's my fault. The first few N2JRs I did I created that quota then more quotas for the imported members. I don't do it now as it has caused exactly the same confusion with other ex-Ningsters. Sorry about that.

Well I've kinda grown fond of thinking of myself as 'master' of my domain...so I'll leave it as a fond remembrance!
I'm glad I asked this question, because now I understand the admin vs quota thing a bit better. :)
