How do i set the default profile pic so that if they dont change it or upload one i can at least have something cool to see?

Go to you ACP area, to the "Media" section- then to the Image Support module. Then to that module's Images TAB, where you can upload your custom image to replace the default one.

ok nevermind it does work it just does not show in my lists yet
