My moderator creates a new discussion in a Group that I created.
In the site's main page Timeline, it shows correctly that she created the new discussion.
However, in clicking on the link in the timeline and going to the disucussion, it then shows her avatar but with my name-link underneath it as the discussion creator.
This has happened quite a few times now, but I've never seen it happen between me and anyone else but my profile-admins (moderators)- that might just be a coincidence.

I'm also having trouble correcting it using the Change Owner tool, but that may or may not be related.

It happened twice today with the same moderator...with my name replacing hers on the group discussions' page. See screenshots please...

I've fixed this up on your site with a template mod. For some reason, for that discussion, the datastore is showing Robin as the user_id, but you as the profile_id. This might be to do with Robin being a profile admin (she might have last looked at your profile before posting the discussion). I will check that out.
Thanks

Thanks paul. It keeps happening every now and then, but seems to be increasing in frequency. Always one thing in common: happens to my moderators and it's my name under their avatars in a group discussion.

The next release of the GroupDiscuss and GroupPage modules fixes this.
When installed we can remove that mod I've done to your template.
Remind me when you update.
Thanks

Thanks so much Paul, I'll remember!

I will start a new thread later today about the problem I'm having with my Change Owner module. ;)

Update- Paul, I have just applied the new Group updates...
As you suggested, I'm now reminding you to remove the template mod you had made on my site as a temporary fix...
Can you remove that mod now please? Thanks!
Then i'll let you know if the problem pops up again. :)

Done - Thanks
Note that the fix isn't retrospective so some older discussions may still show the wrong name.
