solved Internal Server Error when I try to log in or sign up

I did a fresh install and when I try to log in or sign up I get
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered whi

A 500 internal server error has something to do with your server and not Jamroom, you'll want to contact your hosting provider about this.

I have seen mistakes in code caused Internal Server Error if I'm editing a file and made a mistake ,, are we sure of this JR 6 insulation ?
