When I am not logged in I see Welcome to Jamroom5! under "site news" , how do I edit it ?

That is an admin blog that is pre-configured upon Jamroom installation. Go to your admin profile page and click on the Blogs link and you can edit or delete it from there.

It is not there , this was working before and it stopped working , I even did a search , I cant find it in any blogs ...

It only shows when I am not logged in

Did you reset the caches and run the integrity check?

I did reset the chase, and been working on colors using the CSS , that's it

you can remove it here:

From line 75.

the condition above that searches for news, but for logged out users it does not find any so shows the welcome. could be because your profiles with news on them are private.
