lost audio, video, photos content in upgrading

my web hosting company upgraded my joomla from version 1.5 to 2.5.17 before we had time to upgrade it ourselves. it looks like we "lost' not all but some of our content in the process (audio, vudeio and photos files). what should we do to get this content back?

Also, should we wait to solve this issue prior of upgrading jamroom 4 to 5?

Unfortunately we cannot help you with anything Joomla related. You will need to work with your hosting provider to restore anything they deleted in an upgrade.

Since it's not JR related, I think you can upgrade whenever you want.
