As of right now the Stream Pay module requires the jrFoxyCart module. It hasn't been updated to work with the jrPayments module.

We have to move forward with PayPal, as this is what users trust and know.
If "Stream Pay" module requires FoxyCart, then basically folks like us who are using PayPal will not be able to use "Stream Pay" module :(

We cannot ask our members to use PayPal for their quotas, and then a second unknown "FoxyCart" for their "Stream Pay".
Our site members will not use two different payment methods - it will confuse them, and lose their trust...

Please ensure all JR Modules like "Stream Pay" work with PayPal - we need a single payment method for all of JR platform
