Some images needing approval

Since the recent batch of updates, we have noticed that two or three images uploaded to the gallery are requiring approval.
This has never been the case before and we haven't altered any settings. Any idea why this might be happening. The images seem unremarkable and not posted by a user in probation. This one needed approval https://pmp-art.com/karina-verschelden-slik/gallery/286460/colorful-glass

Any ideas?

Check the gallery module. There were recent updates to pending items. Make sure there is nothing turned on by default.

Let us know what you find.

Sorry for the delayed response. I've been away on a course.

https://pmp-art.com/gallery/admin/quota is where I checked.
There was no approval required for the All Users quota, but five images from this "All User" member were placed in the pending list. https://pmp-art.com/marie-castellano

Perhaps I'm checking the wrong thing?
I have changed it to apply those rules to all quotas. I'll let you know if we get any more images needing approval.

Just got another image needing approval today. It's on the pending list. I'm afraid I can see no reason for this. Is there somewhere else that I should be looking?

Try running and full integrity check and make sure all boxes are checked.

Thanks Nate. I did a full integrity check and repair after the recent update, but will do it again now.
