The payment system payout . I want 80 20 split 80% to user 20 to us

I found the payment support tab made the adjustment, it says Payout percent which I put 20 and then made a purchase.. see pic attached ... why is the system fee so high?

That is correct. You have the 'Payout Percentage' set tp 20%.
If you want to keep 20% of sales, set it to 80%.
