I've got a Windows 8 VM here with IE10 and I'm not seeing any issues logging in. What version of Windows, and what version of IE?

Thanks!

Windows 8.1 and IE 11. The client is getting this message and I've been able to replicate it here with that configuration.

OK just tested on Windows 8.1 and IE11 and am not seeing any problems - login works without issue.

Is this on the site you emailed me earlier?

Thanks!

I just logged in to your site no problem. Is JS disabled on your IE?

No.

Hmm.. I'm not sure what to do unless I can replicate it here. In Win 8.1 are you using the IE launched from the tile or from the "old style" windows desktop?

Thanks!

The one launched from the tile.

This is happening on the client's laptop and on our salesperson's laptop. Same configurations.

So this error comes out when the form submission gets an error returned from the AJAX form submit - specifically it is unable to get a response from the JR site - i.e. the AJAX result comes back as a 500 internal server error.

Check your activity log, php error log and web server error log, although I don't know for sure you will find anything. There has to be something unique about the windows setup (i..e js blocking, different DNS setup, etc.) that is causing this.

Hope this helps!

Just tried again here on Win8.1 and IE 11 and had no problems. I even went in to IE and enabled the "show every JS error" option, and there's no JS errors or any other errors coming out on the login, so something is unique about the IE or windows that is being used that is causing this issue.
