Is there at list of forum block options (and other tags) for users to see anywhere?
If not, can there be?

No, I mean code and quote blocks etc. as well as bold and underline tags.
Users (and myself) might want a popup list of options, or maybe have it on a tab.

I'd rather not have a popup for that few of commands if possible, but maybe something in the modify help drop down.

As long as they're somewhere. As I said, I didn't know what to use.
Are they in or {} ?

EDIT - 'Less than' and 'Greater than' get removed so I gues that answers my question :-)
