Users sign up to a course that is sent via email over a series of days
Version 1.3.0b1:
- Bug Fix: on PHP 8 the hourly course emails could stop with a TypeError
- Bug Fix: a "day" in the Delivery Delay was 84,400 seconds instead of 86,400 - saved delays are converted by the Integrity Check
- Bug Fix: "enroll on signup" courses started before the new account was validated, and the first email was sent twice
- Bug Fix: the opt-in confirmation key could be worked out from the email address and course - it is now random
- Bug Fix: an email address containing an apostrophe could not join a course (database error) - addresses are now escaped in all queries
- Bug Fix: "Add Course" with an existing name added an empty email to that course, and empty course emails were tried (and failed) every hour
- Bug Fix: PHP notices in the course browser and email list, "sigup" typo in the opt-in subject, and a misleading opt-out message
