Activity Log Watcher (module jrLogWatch) watches the Activity Log and acts when an entry matches a rule. For example: email you when a payment fails, or keep noisy entries out of the log.
ACP > Modules > Tools > Activity Log Watcher
In Global Config, check Active. Then, on the Rule Browser tab, create a rule:
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Rule Name | A short name for the rule |
| Rule Match Priority | The entry priority it matches, such as a major error |
| Rule Match String | Text that must appear in the entry |
| Rule Action | masters emails the master admins, admins emails all admins, an email address emails that address, a URL posts the entry to it, and remove keeps the entry out of the log |
| Rule Delay | How often you can be notified by this rule, so a burst of entries doesn't flood you |
| Rule Active | Turns the rule on or off |
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Active | Turns log watching on (default: off) |
| Log Matches | Logs each match to the Activity Log (default: on) |
