HTML is stripped from comments - you need to just enter the URL plain (and it will be converted) or use BBCode.

I entered " www.youtube.com/watch?v=zGL9hVA8rpE" ,you cant click on it

I see some use for allowing HTML in the comment box by admin , just like how Facebook works

You have to enter the full URL - i.e.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zGL9hVA8rpE
