I see that there is an issue tracker for JR. Is that available as a module for people's JR sites? I would love to see that as a module so that people using my site could report a bug, etc if they found one. I haven't installed JR yet, maybe this is already a feature, figured I would ask.

not sure about the issue tracker, there is a support center:

I don't see a support center for JR. I see a Document Center https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/networkmarket/53/document-center but no Support Center.

Yes - this will be released once I've had time to prep it for an actual release - I'd say not long now.
