So my Google Analytic's real-time number is far fewer than the JR Users online number, I was wondering which one is right and why the drastic difference?

JR shows 7x the users online.

No definitive answer but I guess that there are many different parameters that may be being used in the two methods of measuring this. Sampling periods and whether to include bots and repeat visits are a couple that immediately come to mind.

I think the JR users online shows the number from the last 15 or 30 minutes? Google Analytics real time might be last 5 minutes only?

This is correct - with JR it is who's been active in the last 15 minutes, whereas with GA it is closer to "real time".
