I need a module to do live broadcast from a microphone or sound card to create internet radio..

Not sure what part Jamroom could play in a live broadcast. There are plenty of third party providers for this that your PC would interface directly with.
How do you see a Jamroom module working to do what you want?

The module would access the sound card then upload the file in chunks so it can be streamed..
Set the upload buffer size set delay on download depending on IP speed and bandwidth ...

Something like http://icecast.org/download/

I have 14 live streams using IceCast and ShoutCast thI can go live with by clicking a few buttons. IceCast has a better sound reproduction then ShoutCast although ShoutCast is easier to install and run. What you need is a program such as Mixxx (OpenSource) or Centova Cast(license required) on your local computer. There are also plenty of services that offer ShoutCast starting at Free to $450 a month depending on the stream and number slots available for listeners. I've been doing live radio for 20 years so if you need more info just ask.

This is not possible with a Jamroom module. You would need to use something like Shoutcast or Icecast
