solved conc and cont fields on import

The content of my conc and cont fields are not importing into events like baptism etc.
Is this a known bug? I see the include.php file has code for this in some switches but haven't looked too closely.

Welcome to Jamroom!

What is the initial field for these values? CONT and CONC are continued and concatenated fields, so they will "continue" the initial GEDCOM field.

Thanks!

Hi Brian,

They come, for example, following a BAPM field (or any other ). I know on some of the objects, they are concatenating as expected, but on fields like BAPM, they don't see to be.

I had originally written a long post about this but the forum kept telling me the orm hadn't validated, so I gave up and wrote this concise version a day later.

If I can get these CONCs and CONTs working on all events, I will be a huge fan of Genosis.

Would it be possible to get a GEDCOM file from you for testing? In developing Genosis I've found that almost all software has slight differences in format (even though they shouldn't) and/or have custom fields. If not, I will try to replicate it here and see what's up. If you have a GEDCOM, send it to brian [at] jamroom [dot] net and I can run it through an import here on my dev system and see what's up.

Hope this helps!
