The user is there but get the following errors when linking accounts
You have selected an invalid User Account - please try again

This is the same issue as your other thread. Update to the latest JR core and it should be fixed.

Modify the user account - if they are attached to more than 1 profile, you will see the profiles they are linked to and you can remove them there if needed.
