Are you getting this error when you click on the ShareThis button? If so, contact ShareThis - sounds like they need to update their web server to handle long URLs.

This is custom development that you're doing, its not something we've put there in any default skins.

You'll need to isolate what the cause of the error is by turning parts of your code on and off until the error goes away. That will help you understand what the error is, then you can figure out how to fix the error.

There is an update in the latest Profiles module (1.8.1) that will truncate the Profile Bio at 300 characters (if it is longer) - see if that helps.
