Member blocking/privacy abilities for another specific member..?

I looked for this on my site and on the forum here, but cannot find info on it-

I have a member who has asked me whether they can block a specific other member in some way, or make it so the other person cannot see thier profile page, OR if blocking will hide that person's posts (in either direction) ...stuff like that.
Are there any blocking/privacy options I can provide to that member to allow them to not see posts or have their page seen by a SPECIFIC other member? Thanks for any suggestions.

There's nothing in JR that is going to allow them to block a specific user like this. They can block them in Private Notes, and of course delete content from a user on their profile, but there's nothing specific to target an individual user.
