I just pushed this out - it was part of the work I did over the last couple weeks on the backup system here as well.

Wow, not only that, but you gave us choices for restoring either skins OR modules! That is terrific!!- I can envision sooo many critical times this could save peopel's butts without losing a day's worth of other content!
