solved Emails/notifications- not being sent out?

In looking at my site's email log this morning (nov 24) it seems notifications and emails are not being sent out at all for two days. See screenshots of both my JR email log and my Mailgun log that I took just now.

For almost two days I've not receiving ANY notifications now from any followed items and discussions I'm subscribed to that have had posts since then, nor from anything for that matter. (My notifications settings have remained all ON.) I did a full integrity check yesterday, but no joy.
Something's quit working...?

By coincidence, I tested all my various email addresses just last night because I was reorganizing my email filters on my desktop- all my email addresses are working fine and delivering.

Did you recently change your Mailgun login info? Here's the error coming in your server's mail.log:

(delivery temporarily suspended: SASL authentication failed; server smtp.mailgun.org[50.56.21.178] said: 535 5.7.0 Mailgun is not loving your login or password)

I would contact Mailgun - or if you have changed your Mailgun password for "postmaster" account on your fotmd.com domain, then we have to change that in your server's mail config.

Let me know if that helps.

I'm thinking I may have changed something, not sure exactly where. I had added an email alias a few days ago, maybe that's the issue. I stumble around a lot with things kinds of things.
But I'll email you now at 'support' JR, and i;ll include a couple screenshots and my password so you can check the JR/server end is set right or updated. Then you can maybe let me know if I need to open a mailgun ticket instead. Thanks!

Adding an email alias would not change this - the only thing would be if you changed the password for the "postmaster" account on your fotmd.com domain in the Mailgun CP.

I just sent what you might need if it's a JR server setting change.

I'm not seeing my "postmaster account" on Mailgun- maybe the email for that has already been changed, but maybe the account settings screenshots I sent you will help determine what's needed. Sent to support at JR.net.

I sent you the password that I use for both mailgun "SMTP credentials" for fotmd.com. they both hve the same password, and I think I changed it a few days ago so both passwords would be the same.
