There is nothing in your instructions that I am able to check.

Please provide instructions on how to reproduce the error if you believe its a jamroom issue. Otherwise, contacting oneall to inform them of your discovery is the correct course of action.

When users tries to login or signup, this issue has never been solved every thing was working fine then Facebook changed something that produced the error

Contact OneAll - this is an error coming through from their Javascript, not JR.

I think if the JR team contact OneAll the complain would carry more weight coming from a developer rather than a client who don't have the technical language to explain exactly what the on going issue is..

They are more likely to say it is a JR issue

We don't contact them, since we don't control your account. You will need to contact them since it is your One All account.

This is NOT a JR issue - these errors are coming from the OneAll Javascript (which loads from oneall.com - NOT your JR site), and is likely due to a bad configuration in your Facebook app. Only OneAll can tell you for sure.

They Said


I have disabled the corresponding settings in your OneAll Facebook settings.
You should no longer see the error. We will also remove the settings from our system.
