Was just approached by a member who has sight problems and is restricted to using only a keyboard. Are there keyboard shortcuts for selecting menu items and downloads in JR?

If the user has sight problems they will likely be using an assistant program for their browser to help them (which will take care of that) - otherwise they will just be able to navigate using the browser key commands (which are browser dependent).
