solved there is no Item to select a file to replace

Under /file/update/ , there is no Item to select a file to replace , you can replace the image but not the file

To REPLACE a file, just click SELECT FILE and upload a new file.

Its not there under /file/update you can only replace the image

Brians screenshot IS an image of /file/update and it is there. Need more detailed steps to reproduce the issue.

I am using the nova skin , and when I try to replace and go to "/file/update " I don't see select file , I only see select image...

Go into Form Designer on that form and make sure you didn't turn it off.

I can create a new upload and see the "select file button " but don't see it when I try to update

Brian was correct, it was something to do with form designer , I reset the form and the button came back
