Just installed Jamroom?
The installer asks you to create the first account. That account is the master admin: it can use the ACP and change everything. Log in with the user name or email address and the password you chose there.
Accounts created after it are normal member accounts.

Forgot your password?
- Click Login, then Forgot Password?.
- Enter your email address or user name, and submit.
- You get an email with a link. Click it and choose a new password.
This works for every account, the master admin's included.

The email doesn't arrive
Check your spam folder. If your site can't send email at all, the reset email can't arrive either: see Email Support for setting up email.

Other things that stop a login
- The account isn't active yet. New accounts may need email activation or approval by an admin.
- 2 Factor Authentication: after the password, enter the code sent by email. See 2 Factor Authentication.
- Members-only or private site: see Make the Site Visible to Members Only.
